This is how I got hooked on the "green stuff" & I am sure you will too after this!

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen middle sized bananas, cca 230 g 
  • 1middle sized apple 
  • freshly squeezed orange juice (1 orange)
  • 2 handful of baby spinach, if possible
  • 1 tbsp of hemp powder
  • water

You can add baobab powder or some other superfood powder or pepitas and flaxseeds.

Peel and slice the apple and place in blender with the frozen bananas, spinach and hemp powder.

Pour in the freshly squeezed orange juice and the water, about 1 large glass.

Blend to brake nicely the spinach leaves and get a nice smooth and even mixture.

Serve immediately and enjoy the freshness of the taste!
