Grain free cocoa granola

Gluten free, grain free cocoa intense granola made exclusively out of nuts and cocoa.








  • 200 g mixed nuts (I used hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds)
  • 50 g shredded coconut
  • 25 g cocoa
  • 50 ml extra virgin coconut oil
  • 40 ml agave

 dark chocolate chunks optional

Place the nuts in a food processor and pulse briefly until just coarsely chopped.
Melt the butter over low heat, stirring gently.
Mix the nuts, coconut, cocoa in a bowl then add the coconut oil and the agave nectar.
Stir it all until well combined with a wooden spatula.

Spread the granola evenly on a parchment lined with some baking sheet.
Bake on 150C degreed for about 30 minutes.

Let it cool for a while, till it gets really nice and crispy then, using your hands, crumb the granola. Add some dark chocolate scraps and store the granola in an air tight container.

Enjoy your breakfast with some milk or joghurt.

You can mix this dark cocoa granola with a regular one if you like....still goooood :D
