Light veggie rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • green salad
  • red pepper
  • rice paper sheets

Wash, clean and slice the veggies.

Immerse the rice paper sheets in water and leave it to soften.

Place the veggies on each sheet and roll it. 

You can serve it raw or fry it in deep oil and serve it with some dip.
